Chris Gordon has been teaching yoga for over 25 years and is also a massage therapist, business owner, and dedicated meditation practitioner on the Buddhist path.
His classes integrate alignment principles infused with ancient wisdom. Students will experience an engaging practice that involves moving with the breath, strength building, thoughtful sequencing, and guided meditation.
In his free time, you can find Chris on long dog walks, and being in nature any way he can; canoeing, camping, swimming and sailing.
Nora Gordon
Nora Gordon has been teaching yoga for over 10 years, manages the yoga studio, and also works in the family support and nutrition sector for the State of Minnesota.
Her yoga classes weave alignment principles with mindful sequencing to help students feel grounded and empowered. She teaches with authenticity and encourages her students to challenge themselves while also nurturing their heart, mind and body. In her free time, Nora is an animal lover, enjoys dog walks, is an avid equestrian and a creative artist and designer.About Big River YogaChris and Nora Gordon own and operate Big River Yoga in Minneapolis, MN for 15 years; a yoga studio that offers yoga classes, workshops, wellness services and retreats.
